Backups and Alarms
We respond when a tank is backing up into the house or yard, or when a lift station alarm is sounding and the pumps are not keeping up.

Septic Backup or Lift Station Alarm?
A septic tank that will not drain, or a lift station that has stopped pumping, needs attention right away. Emergency Rooter LLC provides septic tank and lift station service across New Orleans — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What You Get
Straightforward Work, No Upsell
Pumps, Lines, and Controls
We check the pump, floats, discharge line, and control panel so the system starts moving waste again instead of only treating the symptom.
A Clear Price Before We Start
You hear the price before work begins. We are a veteran-owned crew with 16 years of experience and never charge a call-out fee.

Services We Handle
Septic Tank Service
Slow drains, odors, and wet ground around the tank are diagnosed and cleared so the system can accept flow again.
Lift Station Service
When a lift station stops, we restore pumping so wastewater does not back up into the building or the basin.
Emergency Response
Nights, weekends, and holidays are covered. Call and you reach a person who can get a technician moving.
Pump and Float Problems
A failed pump or a stuck float is a common reason a station alarms. We find the failed part and repair or replace it.
How It Goes
What to Expect From Us
- 1Call and tell us whether the tank is backing up, the alarm is on, or the station has stopped pumping.
- 2We arrive, make the area safe, and locate the failed pump, float, line, or blockage.
- 3We clear, repair, or replace what failed and confirm the system is pumping again.
- 4We walk you through what we found and what to watch for so the same failure is easier to catch next time.

What Local Customers Say
Real feedback from customers across the New Orleans area who have hired Emergency Rooter LLC.
“I recently had a water heater installed by Emergency Rooter, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Jacob was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the whole process. He arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and even went above and beyond by fixing an old toilet that hadn’t been working in a long time — something other companies couldn’t seem to handle. Jacob’s knowledge and professionalism really stood out. If you ever need plumbing help at your home or business, Jacob from Emergency Rooter should be the first person you call. Highly recommend!”
